Subject: [PATCH 31/45] mainboard/asus/kgpe-d16: Add missing IRQ route to
 mptable

The IOMMU/HT device was not routed correctly; add the proper APIC
mappting to the mptable generation code.  Also clarify comments
surrounding the pin mappings.
