node and subsection title switched: "How to program ..."

Documentation did not build because node
"How to program an SPI flash chip with BeagleBone Black"
did not exist. Switching @node and @subsection title fixes this

 There was no justification for a further section for the Teensy. Simply refer to @uref{https://www.flashrom.org/Teensy_3.1_SPI_%2B_LPC/FWH_Flasher#ISP_Usage,this page on flashrom.org} for information about how to set it up, and correlate that with the pins on the SPI flash chip as per other guides in the libreboot documentation for each board.
