Subject: alsvid3: Install apulse

To use with Mozilla-based Web browsers like GNU IceCat 78:

 1. Add "/dev/snd/" to "security.sandbox.content.write_path_whitelist",
 2. Add "16" (on amd64) to "security.sandbox.content.syscall_whitelist",
    and
 3. Start IceCat by running "apulse icecat".
