docs/release.html: Clean up the task list
Add notes about Kconfig rules for native graphics init on roda rk9
Remove notes about ACPI brightness patches on i945
* Those patches were broken anyway. Wait for igd.asl re-write
patch on gerrit (http://review.coreboot.org/#/c/7472/) to go in
the main coreboot git repository
plus other miscallaneous changes
