Subject: printer: Edit TAZ 6 start G-code

  * Make M400 comments more specific
  * Allow first-layer heating to occur immediately after probing,
    instead of waiting to lift above washer
  * Drop G4 (dwell) command
  * Add M400 command to wait until end of extruder priming before
    showing "Printing..."
